The reason he didn't stretch his way up was because of Nami, for the same reason why he couldn't fight. Going too fast or rough would only make her condition worse than it already is, the only reason he stretched his neck was becaue Sanji was just unconscious, and in much better shape physically than Nami.

bruh.. I just couldn't not leave a message on this one.. I started watching One Piece for the first time this month and fell in love with all of them, mostly Luffy ever since I saw him. Luffy doing anything for his strawhat friends and companions even if it meant getting hurt. He is the best Pirate I could ever love and hope for.. It hurts to see him get hurt for his team but I had no choice but to witness his bravery and concern for Nami and Sanji. Although she was right but Vivi was half wrong when she told him that "You're not fit to be captain, Luffy-san" and Luffy in this episode and the previous ones, proved her wrong. Anyways.. So Chopper is the 6th member to join the strawhats, huh? First is Luffy and Second was Nami, Third was Zoro, Fourth was Ussop and Fifth was Sanji, then I guess Sixth is Chopper.
